LatinHub JP operates as an open community cultural portal in Japan. We strictly uphold intellectual property rights, privacy standards, and the intentions of organizers and venue owners. If you are the legitimate rights holder or authorized representative of an event or venue listed on our platform and require content updates or removal, we handle all valid requests with priority.
Pursuant to Japan's Provider Liability Limitation Act (プロバイダ責任制限法) and international copyright standards, and to prevent bad-faith sabotage or malicious removal requests by unauthorized third parties or competitors, requests must be submitted exclusively by verified original organizers or legal rights holders.
Anonymous requests or submissions lacking verifiable proof of ownership will be legally dismissed.
Official Submission Procedure
Please email our legal desk:legal@latinhub.jp(optional CC to info@latinhub.jp) including the following details:
- Requester Information: Full legal name, organization/company, and position.
- Target Listing: Exact LatinHub JP page URL, or event title and scheduled date.
- Proof of Authority / Authorship: Link to the official social media page (Instagram, Facebook, X) where the event was originally posted, high-resolution original flyer artwork, or official domain email.
- Action Requested: Data correction (date/time, line-up, admission fees), event cancellation, or full listing withdrawal.
Processing Timeframes
Upon email receipt, our system will automatically issue an official acknowledgement of receipt. Verified requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. In cases requiring direct consultation with the registered author, proceedings will conclude within 7 business days as stipulated by Japanese statutory regulations.
